Lagrange Day Camp 2024 • Register • View Cart •

LaGrange Day Camp fills very quickly. It is suggested that you register online and not wait in line in person on registration day. Office staff use the same system everyone else uses. One of last year’s camp sessions sold out within minutes of opening and the others followed shortly thereafter. It is in your best interest to upload and fill out all the requirements in advance and be in your account, ready to purchase at 9am. Your cart holds for only 15 minutes. This will not guarantee a spot.

Prior to 4:00pm on Friday, March 1st (there will be no account approvals the week of 3/4), we strongly suggest you:

1. Access, update, or create your account and check to be sure your username and login work correctly and all potential campers are listed as members. Allow 48 hours for review.

If you request a password reset and your account has multiple people with the same email address, you will receive a conflict message. Please contact the office PRIOR TO FRIDAY, 3/1 for resolution at 845-452-1972 ext 2.
Phone help will be limited on the day of camp registration.

2. Upload your most recent proof of residency to those you are looking to register for camp (tip: upload for all members on your account and be set to register for programs and events throughout the year!)

3. Upload your child(ren)’s current immunization records from a doctor (within last 12 months). Be sure it’s legible and shows name, date, and all vaccines to date.

4. Complete the online health form for each child. Click here for form

5. Be sure you know the address that is attached to your credit card. If it is not the same as on your account, you will need to change the address on the credit card screen at check out or it will be declined. This will slow checkout. There is a 3.1% credit card fee charged by the merchant for all transactions.

Once a session is full, registrants will be waitlisted and know if they have a camp spot by Thursday, 3/28. The waitlist is not a first come, first served process. It is based on age group availability. For example, your 5 year old child may be the first on the waitlist but openings may be for the 12 year old group and the first 12 year old on the waitlist will be taken.

COUNSELORS IN TRAINING (AGES 15 & 16)
Campers should complete the CIT APPLICATION. Click here for application. Interested CIT applicants will register to a waitlist for application review. You will be contacted for payment once accepted into program.

A traditional day camp experience for children in grades K-8 in beautiful Freedom Park. Campers will enjoy swimming, boating, arts & crafts, nature exploration, trails, sports, group games, entertainers and so much more!

9-4pm

Session 1: 7/1 - 7/12 (no camp 7/4)
Session 2: 7/15 - 7/26
Session 3: 7/29 - 8/9

Cost Per Session:

Grades K-7: $350 / $400 Non-Resident -SOLD OUT 


Senior Camper: $400 / $450 Non-Resident -SOLD OUT 

(ages 13 & 14 yrs or entering 8th grade)
Special programming just for seniors including joining our CITs for out of camp trips. Trips are included in registration fees and are not optional.

Counselor-In-Training: $225 / $275 Non-Resident-SOLD OUT 
(ages 15 & 16 yrs)
Applicants fill out the online application and may register for one session at a time. The program includes hands on camp participation with a leadership component. CITs will be observed and evaluated. They will attend two combined out of camp trips during each session.

Early Drop-off Program, 7-9am: After 3/12/24 Contact the office to add limited spots 
Registered day campers only: $65 / $75 Non-Resident per session.

Registration for LaGrange Day Camp opens:

Residents: Tuesday, 3/5 at 9am Proof of residency is required.

Eligible Non-Residents*: Wednesday, 3/19 at 9am (if openings remain)
*Includes residents from the following border TOWNS: Beekman, East Fishkill, Pleasant Valley, Poughkeepsie, Union Vale, and Wappinger. Proof of residency is required.
