Rentals requesting attendance over 200 people will need to Submit the paper application (under additional forms) and need to be approved by the Director.
Rentals do not include Freedom Lake access. There is an additional $75 fee to include the use of the bandshell with rental, if available.

Cancellations
All payments must be made within 10 days of approval of the event by the department or request will be cancelled. 

Cancellation Policy: Applicant will receive a refund of 50% of your
application fee if reservation is cancelled 6 weeks or more prior to your
event date. There is NO refund if the cancellation is made within the 6
weeks prior to the event date. There are NO refunds due to, but not
limited to, inclement weather, illness, acts of god, or closure from the
Lagrange Parks and Recreation Department.

51 to 100 People: Res $270 / Non-Res $320 
101 to 200 People: Res $380 / Non-Res $430 
201 to 300 People: Res $490 / Non-Res $540 *must submit Large Group Application Link in Additional Files
301 to 500 People: Res $640 / Non-Res $690 *must submit Large Group Application Link in Additional Files
501 to 750 People: Res $790 / Non-Res $840 *must submit Large Group Application Link in Additional Files
750 + Res $940 / Non-Res $990 *must submit Large Group Application Link in Additional Files
